Community
Leonida State Network is managed by individual departments that report to the Executive Branch. These departments are responsible for the server’s operations, including administration, moderation, development, and community management. They are entirely separate from the in-character agencies and organizations members participate in during roleplay.
EXB
Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Leonida State Network. Oversees all staff departments, establishes organizational priorities, resolves cross-department matters, and serves as the final authority on executive decisions. Ensures departments remain effective, accountable, and aligned with the server’s vision through oversight, evaluations, and coordination with the Department of Quality Control when executive review is required.
DRO
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all roleplay operations. Oversees four divisions: Civilian Operations, Emergency Medical Services and Fire Rescue, Dispatch Operations, and Law Enforcement. Develops training standards, supervises agency leadership, coordinates roleplay sessions, and ensures consistency, realism, and quality across all in-character activities.
DOD
Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the server’s technical systems and organizational infrastructure. Oversees Discord configuration, roles, permissions, automations, integrations, websites, internal resources, and community tools. Plans and implements new features, manages development projects, and ensures all technical systems remain reliable, organized, and aligned with the server’s long-term goals.
DCA
Serves as the primary point of contact between the staff team and the community. Manages recruitment, applications, onboarding, player support, appeals, community events, and member engagement. Works to foster a welcoming, active, and well-supported community while ensuring players have clear communication and access to staff when needed.
DOC
Responsible for all official communication issued by Leonida State Network. Produces announcements, updates, polls, informational content, and other public messaging while ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.
DQC
Serves as the sole authority responsible for enforcing server rules, policies, and standards. Conducts investigations, audits, and internal reviews, oversees disciplinary actions, and serves as the Internal Affairs authority for Leonida State Network. Ensures accountability, fairness, and consistency throughout both staff operations and roleplay.
Staff positions open through a separate departmental application, reviewed by that department’s own leadership. The main server whitelist comes first.
